SHIPPING
We will ship your item with in 1 business day of receiving a cleared payment. In most cases we will ship the same day payment clears. When we can, we ship USPS priority mail, cost includes confirmation/tracking number & insurance. On larger pieces we use UPS or Fed Ex as this is more cost effective for the buyer. When an item is shipped UPS or Fed Ex shipping cost will include tracking and insurance.

RETURNS
Any claims must be made with in 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us first. Your item may be exchanged or you may opt for a refund less shipping and handling charges. Buyer is also responsible for any return shipping cost.
Wholesale
Wholesale Requirements
$500 and 25 piece minimum. Any business with a legal Tax I.D. number from their state is welcome to inquire.
Buyer for Hire
We are on buying trips several months each year. During our more than 20 years of importing, we have provided
buying and source services for many companies and individuals. A Buyer for hire is not your mainstream approach to
wholesale. As a buyer for hire, we are consoloidating your goods onto our order. We require that you prepay a
non-refundable deposit of 50%. This is a great deal for you, and allows us synergy with our orders. The only
way you can get it cheaper is to go overseas yourself, but unless you were to buy a substantial amount on such a
trip, your travel costs would make your goods more expensive than through us. Plus you are taking advantage of our
20 plus years of experiance working with the Artisans and craftes people in Indonesia.
Depending on the product and quantity you may have to order when we do, and the goods take months to arrive. But
it is well worth the effort. We do require a 2 month lead time for production of all custom orders. Plus and
additional 6 to 8 weeks for shipping.
There are several ways of ordering with A buyer for hire. One is to concentrate on a specific type product
Selected Product example:
The products are chosen by the customer in advance of the purchases, and we receive price quotes based on current
prices from our supplier. Our customer approves the prices, photos and specs, give us a deposit of. Acadia World
Trader's then will order the products, preform qualty control before packing, ship the products, and arrange all
Customs clearances once shipment arrives in the USA. We warehouse the products at our facility until a pick is
arranged.
Budget Purchases example:
We were given a shopping budget to shop for batik clothing. You also give us guidelines such as which colors and
styles you desire as well as what to avoid. Within each budget, we were allowed to choose styles and colors based
on your preferances. The customer need only pay for shipping from Maine to their own store. All international
shipping and customs clearance here in the USA are handled by Acadia World Traders. The customer gets great
pricing, unique product with none of the risk.
Patience is required. You will relize large savings and it is well worth the wait. Plus the ability to add unique
responsibily imported items to your inventory If you order handmade items,the artisans need time to produce the
products, and for handicrafts, you must wait for us to ship your goods with our order. Quality handmade goods are
always worth the wait. We will give your order an approximate E.T.A., but it is best to order well before you need the products. The time involved will
depend on the type of product selected, and the method of shipping required.
In Store Wholesale:
We can also sell products wholesale out of the store itself. We are happy to sell wholesale at any time.
We can sell most of the products in the store at wholesale. We do reserve the right to refuse to sell any
particular product wholesale, and we do not give discounts on old and rare items. Please feel free contact us to
arrange an appointment anytime. $1500 minium, Terms are cash and carry.
Full Container Loads or LC (cubic meters):
We are also able to provide you with service for full container loads or loose cargo. FOB Bali. shipped right to your door. We source the product, perform quailty control, pack and ship for you. We charge a flat
percentage rate for this service. Please contact us for details.
Shipping and product must be paid
in full before departing Bali. You are responsiable for arranging any customs clearance, duties and trucking with
in the USA.
